From Darlene in scheduling, Mike Moylan and Dr. McAndrew, nurses and staff (Matt) you will not find a more caring place to go for what's ailing you. Dr Chen, MD and Bridget Fitzgibbon, NP who works under Dr. Chen, are both amazing! Every concern of mine has gotten addressed with out any hesitation. I have been seeing both providers for 2 + years and would recommend them to anyone!

The Staniford Street staff are always kind and courteous, and are invested in not just the specialty care they provide, but in patient wellbeing as a whole. Very good once I got to see him. Took over a year of telephone tag with his office to schedule a colonoscopy. Have been trying to schedule an endoscopy for 3 months and they just won't answer phones. Next time i am in Providence, I am going to his office in person. HIs office office rates zero stars.

Terrible service they don't call you back I've been with them for years trying to get medication is impossible.
